From September 30 to October 2, 2018 in Kostanay held a network chess tournament among Intellectual schools for the Cup of international grandmaster Darmen Sadvakasov on the basis of Nazarbayev Intellectual school of physics and mathematics in Kostanay.
The peculiarity of this tournament is that it covers young players among the NIS of 3 age groups. 21 teams participate in the tournament. Students and young chess players are very serious and passionate about the tournament. They are prepared by experienced teachers.
Network chess tournament this year was held at the recreation center “Dzhaylyau” Kostanay region. On the first day of arrival of the participants for the cohesion of friendly relations between the participants and a good mood for the game psychologists together with teachers of physical culture of the school was held an open psychological quest and team building. The venue of the team building is not accidentally chosen picturesque recreation area. The fastest way psychological relief occurs in nature, away from the usual school walls. Immersing the team in unusual conditions, identifying informal leaders, hidden sympathies and conflicts.
During the opening ceremony of the tournament, the young participants were presented with a theatrical performance, which revealed the history of the popular game. Students of Nazarbayev intellectual school of physics and mathematics of Kostanay took part in the production. Summing up the tournament will be held on October 2 at the recreation center “Jailau”.
