Department of Geography and History teachers

The Departmnet of history, geography and self-knowledge teachers works under the motto “In unity force”. The educational process is implemented in the following disciplines: “History of Kazakhstan”, “World history”, “Kazakhstan in the modern world”, “Fundamentals of law”, “Geography”, “Economy”, “Self-knowledge”.

According to the mission of the school, to achieve high quality education, teachers must be professionals, ready to learn throughout life. It takes a lot of work to prepare competitive graduates with vital skills. Teachers of Department aim to be always one step ahead in the implementation of the educational process. CLIL – technology is actively used to teach students the state language through the content of the subject. On the subject “History of Kazakhstan” as a methodological tool are actively used SWOT, PEST, STEEPLE analysis. On the subject of “Geography” teachers use their developed means of training, method infographic, modeling, dictogloss, program GeoFlow, youtube.com channel. Teachers of world history have developed workbooks for students, actively using the cloud Mail.Ru, Google Disk. If on the subject of “Economics” students solve problems and situations closely related to life, within the study of the course “Kazakhstan in the modern world” conduct sociological research on the method of FORESIGHT. Teachers of Department of Geography, History and Self-Knowledge are in continuous search of new interesting and effective ways of implementation of educational process.
