ONE STEP TO THE TOP!

On April 12, our school hosted a regional scientific and practical conference “One step in research – one hundred steps in development”, which was dedicated to the day of scientists and the world day of aviation and Astronautics. The conference was attended by students of secondary and innovative schools of Kostanay region.

The work of the conference was held in several directions: plenary session, protection of projects in sections, Tedx, FunScience. At the plenary session the Principal Duman Sapakov, who shared his personal experience of scientific activity and spoke about the need to develop research activities of students, Tatyana Poddudinskaya, researcher of the Department of molecular genetic research of the research and innovation center of A. Baitursynov KSU, as well as students who are winners and prize-winners of competitions of scientific projects at various levels, made a welcoming address.

In addition, an exhibition of drawings of students on the theme of space and science was organized. Teachers of additional education, who are working with students in rocket science, started a regional conference, launching rockets into the sky

More than 160 projects and studies were presented for defense within the framework of the section works. The works of young researchers gave an expert evaluation of the scientists of Kostanay state University named A. Baitursynov and Kostanai state pedagogical University named after U. Sultangazin.

Each participant of the conference could study the results of students ‘ work through the catalog of scientific and applied works on the panel , make a memorable photo of the conference and give feedback on the organization and conduct of the event.
